Ingredients:
- 150g Water Spinach, just the leaves
- 150g Long Bean, cut into 2 cm
- 150g Spinach, just the leaves
- 200g Bean Sprouts, throw the root
Pecel Sauce:
- 250g Peanuts, roasted
- 6 Cayenne pepper
- 2 Red chilly
- 1 tsp Kencur
- 1 tsp Tamarind
- 3 Garlic
- 3 Kaffir Lime Leaves
- 1/4 tsp Shrimp paste
- 300 cc Water
- Salt and Brown sugar according to taste
How to Make it?
- Boil separately all the vegetable and drain it.
- For the sauce, stir-fry the chilly, kencur, garlic, kirr lime leaves with 3 tbsp oil. Drain it.
- Puree all the seasoning and fried peanuts, add mineral water and stir until it mixed well.
- Now ready to serve!
*Tips:
For the vegetable, you can add some more.
